Tolkori and the Bretonnian Nation

The Free Province of Tolkori is a breakaway subject of the glorious Bretonnian Empire. The Empire has since tried twice to reabsorb Tolkori back into its lands but each time has failed.

(To put things into perspective, the Bretonnian Empire is as large as Europe and Tolkori is the size of Great Britain. The difference is here that Tolkori is not an island but part of a one large mass of land.)

After the last war, it was held by Bretonnia that the other Great Nations of the world would not stand ably by should a repeat happen for the war held much of the land in desolation and the Bretonnians have sued for peace with promises to rebuild Tolkori was more.

Yet all is not well. The free province of Tolkori is again under invasion by Bretonnian Empire, but this time the invasion has taken a more sinister turn. I reparations of the damage caused in the last war, Bretonnia sent its most trusted advisors, engineers and soldiers to help rebuild the land as was promised, but now there are more Bretonnians in Tolkori than there are Tolkorians and it would seem that Tolkori is once more being absorbed into the Empire.

Not all is lost. General Grey, Commander of the armies of Tolkori has managed through covert warfare to stem the tide of the Bretonnian soldiers, cutting their supply lines and harrying their forces. With two of the Companies of Dragoons missing in search of King Hazzan, and the other armies still recovering from the last war it has been left to The Kings Own Dragoons D Company to lead from the fore.

Whilst this fighting occurs, many of the nobles, traders and such are now attempting to reach the old colony of New Tolkori, which was once thought lost but now has been rediscovered. Under the armed escort of the Kings Own Dragoons C Company which is still at full strength, the priveledged Upper Class of the Tolkorian Social Elite now seek to explore this brave New World and restore links with their old colony.
